The car depicted in this acrylic & digital painting ran in November 2006 at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. It was the first time one of my designs appeared in competition on a NASCAR race car. Not to mention, it ran at the track I had watched numerous races at – a few miles from my hometown in Miami Springs. It was also Juan Pablo Montoya’s first Cup Series race. So for me, this painting is full of significance. I believe that shows through in the quality of the final product.”
